Coming up to one of Canada's great northern lodges with a connecting flight in Winnipeg ---or just coming up to fish one of your favorite Manitoban lakes? Well, why not book an extra day and fish one of North America's best Channel cat fisheries, the Red River of the north.
We'll pick you up or meet you, provide you with all the necessary gear, put you on some great channel cat fishing, and if required we'll return you to your lodging before evening's end.
Haven't boated that 10lb.+ walleye yet? Well, your chances of catching a fish of a lifetime are better than good on the Red and Winnipeg rivers! Monstrous walleye come down from the sprawling waters of lake Winnipeg to inhabit these rivers in the fall. Locals call these fish "Greenbacks" because of an irridescent green colour un-matched elsewhere inthe walleye world. Most significant to the visiting angler is that these are "North American class" walleye available in excellent numbers.....
